Please note: Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value, totaling the amount paid for the original order, but no more.
How to Return LIQUE Products:
We recommend sending your return through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) for a secure, timely delivery. Return shipping fees are non-refundable; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

2. Return/Exchanges Form
We’ll send you a returns/exchanges form to fill out; please return to us via email and print and include a copy with your return order.
3. Ship Your Item(s)
Carefully pack your items back into the packaging you received them in, or in another secure package and return to us using the following information:

4. Refunds & Exchanges
Please note: only products purchased directly from liquecosmetics.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. LIQUE products purchased from one of our retailer partners must be returned directly to the retailer according to their return policy.
Once received, your refund/exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 days. If you are exchanging items, we will send you the new shipment information once the exchanged items are shipped out.
